Note:

Leave the facility in the same condition upon arrival. All damages to the Civic Center property or equipment shall be the financial responsibility of the individual/organization who has rented the facility. Payment will be determined by the extent of the damage.

Clients are responsible for all trash removal, installing new trash bags in trash cans, sweeping the floors and wiping down tables. Failure to do do so will result in additional clean up fee.
